Cardian Matsu While Tele+1 has certainly done a share of weather-related works, this one stands out by leaning more heavily onto the broadcast elements. Vocal segments from news channels lie in front of the piece on occasion, pushing them back just enough to merge the two and add just a little more authenticity to the clips.

The samples, in turn, are a lot more in line with what you would expect from a weatherscan, though there are some interesting selections if you listen closely. Favorite track: 35°.
